Refunds & Exchanges Policy

To ensure package security and integrity, opening or inspecting orders before delivery acceptance is not permitted.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional offers are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. Sparkle covers shipping costs only when an incorrect item has been sent.

Refunds: Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued through an appropriate payment method. Returns can also be made at any Sparkle branch.

Delivery Time: 3–7 days.
